How The Programme Works
The Optical Express Corporate Eyecare Programme is completely straightforward.
Simply provide your employees with a signed authorisation form, which details the benefits they are entitled to.
Employees then make an appointment for an eye examination at their nearest store.
Employees present the authorisation form to an Optometrist who will complete an eye examination report.
A copy of the report is provided to the employees to return to the employer for your records.
We will then invoice your company for the eye examination and any spectacle contribution claimed.
Your employee can take advantage of the exclusive discounts at any time by simply showing a valid form of company ID.
